Our spacious one bedroom, two bath vacation rental condominium is located on the coveted ground floor of a 2-story building. No stairs to climb with boogie boards, luggage or groceries, simply step outside onto our large lanai and soak up the Hawaiian sunshine. Our south Maui condo sleeps up to four guests and has a
lovely greenbelt & ocean view in a very private setting close to
one of Ekahi Village's 4 pools. Ours is the perfect place to find the
peace and tranquility that is Maui.
We are new owners of this delightful condo and visit often to add new touches and to make sure it is kept up to our high standards. The floor plan (click on it for a larger image) shows the condo's hall bath has a closet and full dressing area for added privacy for additional guests visiting.
The living room is comfortable and decorated with a contemporary tropical feel. Large sliding doors to the lanai invite you to outside living and our greenbelt and ocean views. Palms... tropical flowers... you never forget you're in Hawaii here. The new wall unit houses a queen Murphy bed, TV/DVD etc. New
furniture means comfortable reading and relaxing spots. Tile floors
throughout.
The kitchen has such a wonderful ocean and greenbelt view, we don't even mind doing dishes. Now completely remodeled with granite counters, new stainless appliances & beautiful cabinetry of solid Hawaiian Koa wood. It is efficient and has all of the conveniences of home. There is also a door providing direct access to the lanai where you can enjoy your meals, from coffee in the morning to Mai Tais at sunset.
The dining room is spacious and bright with brand new furnishings. A perfect setting for an indoor meal or family games. The ceiling fan/light provides cool breezes and tropical decor.
The bedroom has a brand new king size bed, TV & DVD player, its own A/C, and all the comforts of home. We love the local art on the walls and lots of closet space.
The two bathrooms have also now been remodeld and boast
granite counters, walk-in showers full mirrors and wonderful teak
cabinetry. The new Weber gas BBQ grill allows you to cook wonderful
Hawaiian meals and dine Maui style in this very private, lush, tropical
setting while enjoying your ocean view.
The coveted ground floor location provides extra space and easy accessibility to the greenbelt, pools and beach. The plantings maintain our privacy. Lush grass, palms, plumeria, hibiscus, bougainvillea and many other tropical flowers can be found throughout Ekahi Village. A few steps beyond the grass area, one of Ekahi's 4 pools awaits.
The views from our lanai are amazing. Sunsets are different every night and always breathtaking. We love to wander down the greenbelt toward the ocean to see sunsets year round. Directly in front of our lanai is a large, level grass area which provides additional open space for sunbathing and outdoor enjoyment. The grounds of Ekahi Village are unparalleled on Maui. Low density, low rise buildings in a tropical setting. All paths in our greenbelt lead to the ocean front pool (pictured in our banner and below)
and Keawakapu Beach (pictured looking south and north below).
